Was discussed various areas of cooperation, including educational programs, academic exchange of researchers and teachers. During the meeting, the importance of inviting French experts in the field of tourism, cultural heritage and restoration of historical sites, as well as student exchange and the organization of internships for young specialists was emphasized. They also paid special attention to the study of the French language, which will be promoted by the branch of the French Alliance in Tashkent.

The proposals of the Vice-Rector for Research on establishing partnerships and establishing business partnerships between the French hotel chain ACCOR and the Silk Road MUT were supported.

The First Counselor expressed his admiration for the SRIUT Library and assured him of his readiness to donate at least 500 books from the French Embassy in Uzbekistan

On October 11, on the International Day of Girls, at the Orphanage No.1 adviser of the Women's Council M.Abbasova, psychologist D.Turdyeva, talented 3rd-year student Shahlo Khamrokulova of International University of Tourism "Silk Road" met with pupils of this institution.

Shahlo Khamrokulova told those present about her successes and how to achieve them. We hope that such motivational lectures will interest the girls and help them in their choice of future profession.

At the end of the event, the girls who actively participated were given memorable gifts.

The guests met with the teachers and students of the university. The event was opened by First Vice Rector of the university J.D. Eltazarov, and Doctor of History Farhod Nabiev gave a short lecture on elections that will determine our future. Members of the "Propaganda Train" group conducted propaganda among university students, informed them about elections and the order of their conduct. Various quizzes related to the topic of elections were held at the event and students who took an active part were awarded with memorable gifts.

Psychologist Dildora Turdieva and Chairwoman of the Women's Council of the Silk Road International Tourism University Mukhayo Abbasova met with freshmen on October 13, 2021 in the Assembly Hall of the International University of Tourism "Silk Road".
During the meeting, which was held in the format of a seminar-training, the psychologist shared constructive advice and recommendations on how students can adapt to the new environment, how to make the learning process easier and more seamless. She also urged the young people to an open dialogue and assured that all their endeavors, activities will be supported by the university. The psychologist also noted that harmony and solidarity between the two sides play an important role in maintaining a favorable psychological atmosphere at the university.
Then Mukhayo Abbasova introduced students to the management structure of the University Women's Council. She also introduced the methods and opportunities to support women, protect their rights and legitimate interests.

"Silk Road" International University of Tourism invites our students to the online summer school in "Tourism Management Trends", which is organized on October 18-22 in cooperation with the University of Applied Sciences of Dresden in Germany and the Milagro State University of Ecuador. For five days, highly qualified specialists and professors of tourism from three countries will organize seminars. Students who actively participate in the seminars will be awarded with 6 ECTS. With these credits, the student will be able to overcome a hitherto dept-subject or to avoid one of the elective subjects in the next academic year. Summer school is conducted in English Language.

On October 7 of this year, an event "Orientation days" ("Dedication to students") was organized for first-year students at the campus of the “Silk Road” International University of Tourism. Within the framework of this event, the staff and teachers of the “Silk Road” University, as well as senior students, met newcomers, told in detail about university life, actively answering numerous questions.
The opening ceremony took place in the conference hall of the university. At the opening, the First Vice-rector of the University, Prof. Zhuliboy Danabevich Eltazarov, who stressed that students are a time of daily discoveries, the acquisition of new knowledge, professional development, and the strengthening of life positions. For a more detailed acquaintance with the university campus, were organized fascinating excursions. According to the compiled route, first-year students were presented by school teachers with exhibition expositions aimed at getting acquainted with various aspects of activity.
