The opening of the next Tashkent International Tourism Fair 2020 “Tourism on the Silk Road” (TITF 2020) will be marked by a welcoming speech by Abdukhakimov A.A. - the Deputy Prime Minister, Chairman of the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Tourism Development and the Rector of the “Silk Road” International University of Tourism.
“Tourism on the Silk Road 2020” will take place from 11-13 November, 2020 as part of Tashkent International Tourism Fair. It will be the first time that Uzbekistan has hosted the forum online. The event will bring together 25 international experts in tourism, including from France, Germany, Kazakhstan, India, Russia, Singapore, the United Kingdom, and Uzbekistan. They will share their experience and insights into how the tourism industry can recover from the COVID-19 pandemic, ensure safe travel for tourists, and better access international markets.
The online fair program is divided into 3 days and 6 sessions. So, Associate Professor, Dean of the Faculty of “Tourism Management” at the “Silk Road” Tourism University Dr. Slawomir Wroblewski will speak on the very first day of the fair, in the 1st session.
The session topics are “How to make practical improvements to the tourism industry after COVID-19” and “The Safe Tourism in Uzbekistan!” system”.
