In preparation for the 59th Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors of the Asian Development Bank, and to ensure its organization at a high level, a 10-hour training seminar was conducted to enhance the professional skills of hotel staff engaged at the “Silk Road Samarkand” International Tourism Center.
The training seminar was held from April 1 to April 3 of the current year at the Hilton Samarkand Regency. It was delivered by qualified professors and instructors of the Silk Road International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage.
During the seminar, participants were provided with comprehensive information on recent reforms in the tourism sector, service ethics in hospitality, communication culture, and detailed insights regarding the upcoming international event.
At the conclusion of the seminar, a total of 82 participants were awarded certificates in recognition of their successful completion of the program.
