On October 21 of this year, a spiritual and educational event was organized at the Central Park of Samarkand City on the occasion of Uzbek Language Day and the 37th anniversary of the Uzbek language being granted state language status.

The event was attended by officials from the regional khokimiyat, representatives of the general public, and professors and faculty members from higher education institutions. During the event, insightful perspectives were shared regarding the historical significance, current standing, and preservation of our mother tongue. University professors expressed their profound respect and reverence for the rich heritage of the great poet and thinker Alisher Navai.
