From now on, the process of transferring students from foreign and non-state higher education institutions to state higher education institutions in Uzbekistan will be provided as a separate public service.
According to the new administrative regulation approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, transfer applications can be submitted through the following platforms:
🔹 my.gov.uz (Unified Interactive State Services Portal);
🔹 the special electronic platform of the Agency for Assessment of Knowledge and Qualifications;
🔹 Public Service Centers.
📅 Applications are accepted annually from July 15 to August 5 (inclusive).
✅ The application process is fully digitalized and conducted online.
✅ Applicants can track the status of their applications online.
✅ Examination results are issued as electronic documents protected by a QR code.
✅ Applicants holding national or international certificates in foreign languages or general education subjects will receive differentiated or maximum scores in the relevant subjects.
