On June 30 of this year, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Spain to the Republic of Uzbekistan with residence in Moscow, Marcos G. Martinez, paid an official visit to the “Silk Road” International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage.

During the study tour, Mr. Marcos G. Martinez got acquainted with the unique smart-campus and the University Library. The Ambassador was impressed by the management model and advanced technologies used in the teaching process, as well as the unique historical elements of the Great Silk Road installed by the galleries and the University Library.

Ambassador of the Kingdom of Spain Marcos G. Martinez noted the importance of building up bilateral relations. In addition, he assured that the Embassy would contribute to the replenishment of the University Library with unique publications.
