International Cooperation Department
The Silk Road International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage is actively strengthening its global position by fostering international academic collaboration, participating in scientific research, promoting student and faculty exchange programs, and engaging in diverse international initiatives. Our International Cooperation Department is responsible for advancing the university's international relations and plays a vital role in the global integration of education and science.
🎯Our Main Objectives:
· Expand strategic partnerships to improve the university’s international rankings;
· Establish mutually beneficial and sustainable cooperation with leading universities, research centers, and international organizations worldwide;
· Attract international students and faculty, ensuring their integration and adaptation;
· Organize and develop academic mobility programs (exchange programs, short-term courses, summer schools);
· Provide coordination and support services for participation in international research projects and grant competitions;
· Promote intercultural dialogue and support the exchange of international experiences.

The Silk Road University implements international cooperation in the following key areas:
1. Academic Cooperation:
· Joint degree programs based on bilateral and multilateral agreements;
· Student exchange programs based on credit recognition and integration;
2. Scientific Research Cooperation:
· International research grants, laboratories, and collaborative scientific projects;
· Co-publication of scientific articles with partner universities;
· Participation in international conferences, symposia, and forums.
3. International Academic Mobility:
· Student exchange programs (Erasmus+, Mevlana, ORHUN, DAAD, and others);
· Short-term teaching or professional development programs for academic staff;
· Exchange and training programs for administrative personnel.
4. Cultural and Social Projects:
· International summer schools, cultural days, and language festivals;
· International volunteering programs in the fields of cultural heritage, tourism, and arts;
· Trainings and seminars on global citizenship and international diplomacy.
