Our university's faculty members participated in the G-LAMP international scientific seminar
On October 2–4 of this year, the G-LAMP international scientific seminar dedicated to artificial intelligence and fundamental sciences was held at New Uzbekistan University.
Farrukh Mamadiyorov and Ulugbek Giyosov, faculty members from our university's Department of International Business and Creative Economy, participated in this prestigious international scientific event.
Organized in cooperation with Soongsil University of the Republic of Korea, the seminar served as a crucial platform for scientific dialogue and knowledge sharing among scholars from Uzbekistan, the Republic of Korea, and China on pressing areas of modern science.
The opening ceremony was attended by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Korea to Uzbekistan, Won Do-yeon, Soongsil University Vice President Jang Gyeong-nam, and Dean of the College of Natural Sciences Kang Wi-kyung. Special attention was devoted to expanding international scientific collaboration and fostering interdisciplinary research in the context of advancing artificial intelligence.
During the three-day scientific seminar, 11 professors and researchers from the Republic of Korea, 2 professors from Sichuan University in China, and over 70 researchers, young scholars, and faculty members from Uzbekistan's leading higher education institutions took part.
Scientific sessions throughout the seminar addressed the integration of artificial intelligence with fundamental sciences, the application of deep learning technologies in analyzing biological data and complex imagery, as well as the implementation of modern mathematical and statistical methods in scientific research.
