As part of Orientation Week, the Department of Languages and Global Studies delivered a presentation to first-year students majoring in Philology and Language Teaching: Japanese and International Relations on 9 September 2026.

During the presentation, students were introduced to the Department of Languages and Global Studies, including its mission, academic programs, faculty expertise, and opportunities for student development.

The presentation emphasized the department's multidisciplinary educational environment, which combines language acquisition, cultural understanding, and global studies.

Students also received valuable information about extracurricular activities (language clubs), "I Succeed" Workshops, as well as research and publication opportunities offered by the department.
