Today, a preventive meeting on "Enhancing Medical Culture" and "Broadly Promoting a Healthy Lifestyle" was organized for female students at our university.
The meeting was attended by obstetrician-gynecologist U.M. Boborakhimova and nurse K.A. Mamatkulova, who provided practical healthcare and preventive recommendations to the female students.
During the event, lectures were presented on topics including cardiovascular health, reducing cerebrovascular risk factors, proper nutrition, avoiding a sedentary lifestyle, and engaging in regular physical activity. Relevant educational videos were screened and explained by the specialists.
Furthermore, detailed information was provided regarding the timely identification of early clinical signs of myocardial infarction and stroke, as well as the necessary knowledge and skills for administering first aid in emergency situations.
At the conclusion of the meeting, female students addressed their questions to the specialists and received valuable recommendations regarding healthy living and medical prevention.
