On October 7, a roundtable discussion titled "The Path to Success" ("Muvaffaqiyat sari yo‘l") was organized at the university with the participation of female students. Nargizakhon Mansurova, Director of the "Silk Road" International Research Institute, participated in the event.

The primary objective of the discussion was to broaden female students' knowledge and perspectives on civil service, professional development, and leadership, as well as to encourage ambition toward clear goals, initiative, and an active civic posture.

During the warm and meaningful dialogue, views were exchanged on defining clear goals, continuous self-improvement, refining knowledge and skills, taking initiative, and exercising perseverance to achieve personal success.

Furthermore, recommendations and advice were provided to assist female students in accurately realizing their potential, effectively utilizing available opportunities, mastering modern knowledge, and growing into accomplished professionals in their future careers. During the session, participants received answers to their questions and gained practical guidance for their professional and personal growth.
