Within the framework of the Boysun Bahori International Folklore Festival held in the Surkhandarya region, teachers of the “Silk Road” International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage organized special training seminars for specialists working in the hotel and restaurant industry.
During the 12-hour program, key topics such as service quality, guest reception and departure procedures, modern management approaches, effective communication with clients, and providing high-quality services to tourists during the festival were extensively covered.
Participants were also given important recommendations on managing tourist flows, optimizing hotel occupancy, improving restaurant services, and promptly resolving problematic situations. At the end of the seminar, participants were awarded certificates by the Tourism Academy Samarkand campus.
