Today, an open dialogue entitled “Leader and Youth” was held at the International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage “Silk Road” with the participation of E. Hoshimov, Director of the “Step to the Future” Center under JSC “O‘zmilliybank”, and F. Axrorov, Head of the Department for the Organization and Coordination of Higher Education Institutions.

During the event, issues related to ensuring the employment of students and graduating youth, preparing them for the labor market, encouraging entrepreneurship, and supporting start-up and business projects were discussed in detail. Young entrepreneurs were also provided with detailed information about government programs and opportunities that help transform their ideas into businesses.

At the end of the dialogue, representatives of higher education institutions actively working to ensure the employment of graduates were recognized and presented with vouchers and commemorative gifts. In addition, the organizers highly appreciated the practical activities of the “Step to the Future” Center at the International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage “Silk Road” and presented a Certificate of Appreciation to the University Rector.
