The “Enlightenment Hour” conducted by Nargiza Abduvakhidova was dedicated to May 9 – the Day of Remembrance and Honor.
During the session, Mrs. Abduvakhidova spoke about the significance of this day, which is widely celebrated as a national holiday in our country. She emphasized that the ongoing reforms in Uzbekistan today must serve the interests and well-being of every individual.
It was noted that in the New Uzbekistan, along with the respect for human life, freedom, dignity, and values, remembrance of those who have passed is also upheld as a sacred duty.
Additionally, the lesson highlighted that Remembrance and Honor is one of the centuries-old values of our people. It honored the hard work of our forefathers during the war years and their contribution to the victory over fascism, which demonstrated the unity and solidarity of the entire nation.
