In the hiring process of tutors, the "Silk Road" International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage imposes the following qualification requirements in accordance with Clause 17 of the Regulation approved by Annex 1 of Decision No. 656 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated October 17, 2025, "On approval of the Regulation on the procedure for organizing tutoring activities in higher education organizations":

• Hold a higher education degree (Bachelor's degree) — individuals holding academic degrees and academic titles are given preference;

• Have no restriction or revocation of teaching rights in accordance with legislative documents;

• Possess a deep understanding of the methodology and practice of spiritual-educational and nurturational work, along with pedagogical-psychological knowledge and experience;

• Exhibit exemplary personal qualities, including being cultured, responsible, approachable, patriotic, and initiative-driven;

• Possess independent decision-making skills.

Specialists who do not meet the requirements specified in Clause 17 of this Regulation shall not be appointed to the position of tutor.

Note: Currently, there are no tutor job vacancies available at the institute.
