ANNOUNCEMENT

Position Title: Leading Specialist for Tuition Contract Administration

Educational Requirement: Higher education degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree).

Field of Specialization: Economics, Finance, Accounting and Audit, or Banking. Additional evaluation points will be awarded to candidates who graduated from higher education institutions included in the TOP-500 international rankings.

Work Experience: Candidates must possess at least 2 years of professional experience in the fields of economics and higher education.

Foreign Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Russian and English languages is required. English language proficiency must be confirmed by an IELTS score of at least 6.0 or a CEFR B2 level certificate issued by the State Testing Center or another authorized body.

Computer Literacy: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), excellent command of office software, ability to effectively use internet resources, and practical computer skills are required.

Job Responsibilities:

To prepare and formalize contracts for specialist training programs and ensure the timely collection of tuition payments from students studying on a tuition-contract basis;

To conduct monitoring and oversight of concluded contracts;

To regularly provide the university administration with information regarding the contingent of students studying on a tuition-contract basis and the status of tuition fee payments, as well as to carry out continuous monitoring activities;

To conclude contracts with students studying on a tuition-contract basis throughout the academic year and, following the Rector’s signature, provide one copy of the signed contract to the student;

To conduct monitoring of students studying on a tuition-contract basis in cooperation with the University Accounting Department;

To supervise and monitor tuition fee payments made by students studying on a tuition-contract basis and submit daily reports on received payments to the Chief Accountant;

To refrain from disseminating information that may damage the reputation and prestige of the educational institution and to comply with legislative requirements concerning state secrets and confidential information;

To respect the honor, dignity, and professional reputation of all participants in the educational process;

To comply with the Charter of the educational institution, professional ethics regulations, sanitary and hygiene requirements, internal labor regulations, occupational safety standards, technical and fire safety rules, as well as other local regulatory documents of the University.
