The regional stage of the Regional Governor’s English Language Olympiad, held among 10th and 11th-grade students of general secondary schools in Samarkand city and Samarkand region, has concluded at the Silk Road International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage.

According to the results of the Olympiad, the following participants were declared winners:

🥈 Sevinch Abdukhalilova (School No. 1, Bulungur District)
🥉 Bobur Salomov (School No. 55, Samarkand City)

📊 Among 11th-grade students:
🥇 Azizbek Bobomurodov (School No. 30, Kattakurgan District)
🥈 Azizbek Abdurahmanov (School No. 8, Pastdargom District)
🥉 Javohir Ahmadov (Specialized State General Education School No. 1, Ishtikhan District)

🏆 The winners were awarded diplomas and valuable prizes by the Rector of the University, Muhsin Kholmukhamedov. In particular, third-place winners received tablets, second-place winners were presented with Smart TVs, and first-place winners were awarded all-in-one desktop computers.

This Olympiad serves to increase young people's interest in learning English, support talented students, and provide opportunities for them to demonstrate their knowledge and potential.
