"Paperless Day" action held at our university
At the "Silk Road" International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage, the "Paperless Day" initiative was held to raise environmental responsibility, reduce paper consumption, and cultivate a culture of effective digital technology usage.
During the event, special focus was placed on conducting documentation and official correspondence electronically across university workflows whenever possible. Through this, reducing paper reliance, digitizing administrative processes, and promoting a more effective use of modern technologies were widely advocated.
As a higher education institution training specialists in tourism and cultural heritage, maintaining responsibility toward the rational use of natural resources and environmental protection remains of paramount importance.
