An open dialogue was organized in the Samarkand region within the framework of the tasks of modernizing the civil service and training prospective personnel.
The meeting, initiated by the Academy of Public Policy and Governance, brought together leaders and specialists of public administration bodies. During the event held at the International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage “Silk Road”, the reforms being implemented at the Academy, the new educational model, and the system for retraining and advanced training of managerial personnel were presented.
Speaking at the event, Rector Muxsinjon Xolmuxamedov emphasized the importance of developing the civil service, preparing prospective personnel, and strengthening the integration of education and practice.
The participants exchanged views on issues related to the development of the civil service, human capital management, and the formation of modern leadership competencies.
