In order to ensure the implementation of the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated April 26, 2023, No. PQ-135, “On additional measures for the rapid development of the country’s tourism potential and further increase in the number of domestic and foreign tourists,” an “Etno Festival” was held on May 30, 2026, in the beautiful mountainous area located in the Oqbo‘yro mahalla of Samarkand district to showcase its tourism potential and opportunities.
