An analysis of the demographic composition of foreign tourists visiting the Samarkand region indicates that a significant proportion of them are citizens of Central Asian countries, particularly Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Kazakhstan. Taking this into account, informational and promotional booklets dedicated to the attractions, historical and cultural monuments, as well as archaeological sites located in Samarkand District, were developed in four languages: Uzbek, Kyrgyz, Tajik, and Kazakh.
