A spiritual and literary evening dedicated to the 85th anniversary of the outstanding representative of Uzbek literature, a great writer who deeply reflected the subtle emotions of the human soul, Otkir Hoshimov, was organized with the participation of Acting Associate Professor of the Department of “Languages and Global Studies,” G. Yusupova, and the students of group TTK-125.
The event was opened by Associate Professor T.I. Sultanov of the Department of Languages and Global Studies. During the event, special attention was paid to the life and works of the writer, and the human values, kindness, truths of life, and moral ideals reflected in his works were widely highlighted. A meaningful presentation prepared by the students of group TTK-125, artistic performances, stage scenes based on Otkir Hoshimov’s works “The Last Victim of the War” and “Between Two Doors,” as well as the performance of the excerpt “Prayer” (“Iltijo”) left a deep impression on the audience and once again revealed the real-life significance of the writer’s works. During the event, a special video created using modern artificial intelligence technologies created the impression that Otkir Hoshimov had symbolically returned among us. This spiritual and literary evening left an unforgettable impression on everyone and further strengthened respect for the writer’s legacy.
