One of Türkiye’s largest multinational conglomerates, Anadolu Group, has made a major integration move into Uzbekistan's automotive industry. Anadolu Isuzu, a subsidiary of this industrial giant which operates across 8 different sectors in 20 countries with 6 R&D centers, approximately 100 production facilities, and over 100,000 employees, took a strategic step by acquiring a 75,2% state share in SamAuto JV LLC in Samarkand.
The General Manager of “SamAuto,” Neşet Fatih Vural, paid an official visit to the prestigious “Silk Road” International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage in Samarkand, where he met with the University Rector, Muhsinjon Kholmukhamedov. During the meeting, an official agreement was reached to implement a dual education system and ensure guaranteed employment for graduates, elevating the synergy between higher education and the industrial sector to a brand new level.

At the conclusion of the meetings, it was determined to sign an official partnership agreement and approve a practical action plan in the coming days.
