Measures are being taken at the university to strengthen the system of regularly selecting, training, and educating young personnel from among students. Additional seminars are being organized for them on legal culture and responsibility in public service. In particular, the activity of the “Honesty Club” has been established, and the principles of honesty, as well as legal knowledge and skills, are being taught. Also, training programs such as “The Role of Education in Combating Corruption” and “Forming Honesty Among Youth” have been organized.
During the events and training programs organized in this direction, the essence of the principles of honesty, justice, and responsibility was widely explained to students. In the course of seminars and trainings, special emphasis was placed on forming the legal culture necessary for young personnel and the importance of dedicated service in public administration.
In particular, during the sessions on “The Role of Education in Combating Corruption,” issues such as the role of the education system in preventing corruption and forming an uncompromising attitude toward it in the minds of young people were discussed. During the event, students were provided with detailed information about the negative consequences of corruption-related offenses and their harmful impact on the development of society.
Within the framework of the training program “Forming Honesty Among Youth,” students were engaged through interactive methods, and the importance of adherence to the principles of honesty, integrity, and transparency was explained. During the sessions, skills of making honest decisions were developed based on various real-life situations.
Also, during open dialogues, roundtable discussions, and practical sessions, recommendations were given aimed at increasing students’ legal literacy, properly understanding their rights and responsibilities, and shaping them into responsible personnel in the future.
