Today, on June 8, a ceremonial event dedicated to the opening of the international inclusive youth camp “VoiceUP” was held at the International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage “Silk Road” in cooperation with the National Agency for Social Protection under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The event was attended by the organizers of the “VoiceUP” Inclusive Summer Camp of the National Agency for Social Protection, as well as young participants from Türkiye, Russia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan. During the opening ceremony, the Rector of the university, Muhsinjon Xolmuxamedov, and other speakers highlighted the reforms being implemented in Uzbekistan as a social state in the field of social protection for young people and the efforts being made to support vulnerable segments of the population.
During the event, the official flag of the “VoiceUP” Inclusive Youth Camp was raised. Afterwards, participants engaged in direct communication with the university’s volunteer students. Seminar-training sessions were also organized for the participants of the inclusive youth camp.
For information, the inclusive youth camp will continue until June 12.
