During the seminar-training, issues related to the development of pilgrimage tourism were discussed, particularly modern approaches to providing high-quality services to tourists arriving from Malaysia and Indonesia. In addition, practical recommendations were given on organizing services for foreign visitors at the Imam al-Bukhari Memorial Complex, as well as on developing effective and meaningful tourist routes for them.
Furthermore, comprehensive information was presented on existing employment opportunities in this field for students studying the Malay language, as well as on their future prospects of working as qualified specialists in the tourism sector.
