A delegation led by Xu Zinyan, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Qingdao University in China, visited our university. The guests were welcomed by the Rector of the university, Muhsinjon Kholmukhamedov. During the meeting, negotiations were held on deepening cooperation in the field of education between China and Uzbekistan within the framework of the “One Belt – One Road” initiative.
Accompanied by Vice-Rector for science and innovation Tony Zou, the delegation members closely familiarized with the educational laboratories of the Tourism Academy and the “Shandong Window,” highly appreciating the modern equipment and unique academic features. The guests received detailed information about the university’s English-taught educational programs, international personnel training, and areas of industry-academic cooperation.
This visit created a solid foundation for future cooperation between the two universities, as well as for academic and cultural exchanges.
