🎓 Eligibility: Talented undergraduate and master’s students of higher education institutions are eligible to participate.

📅 Application Deadline: Applications are accepted until November 9!

Candidates can participate with only one innovative idea by submitting an application addressed to the Selection Committee annually by November 9.

⭐️ Innovative ideas will be evaluated on a 100-point scale:

• Scientific and innovative novelty of the idea — up to 20 points;

• Relevance of the innovative idea — up to 20 points;

• Distinction from existing analogs — up to 20 points;

• Justification of the cost estimate — up to 20 points;

• Expected outcomes from implementing the idea — up to 20 points.

💸 Stage 1 winners will receive financial and moral incentives.

Innovative ideas recognized as winners at the Republican stage will be funded according to an agreement signed between the Agency, the candidate, and the institution: 🥇 1st Place: 500 million UZS

🥈 2nd Place: 300 million UZS

🥉 3rd Place: 200 million UZS
