In accordance with Resolution No. 109 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated March 18, 2026, relevant measures have been established to digitize workflows and regulate paper usage across republican and local executive authorities.

Pursuant to Clause 8 of Annex 2 to this resolution, the 15th day of every month is designated as the "Paperless Day" eco-action day.

In this regard, we invite all faculty and staff of the "Silk Road" International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage to actively participate in this initiative.

On the 15th of each month, it is recommended to:

• Conduct document management entirely in electronic format wherever possible;

• Restrict the use of printed paper;

• Effectively utilize digital technologies in daily work processes.

Reducing paper consumption is an important step toward environmental preservation and the development of modern digital workflows.

"Paperless Day" is a one-day initiative, but its benefits shape our future!
