Troubles have united us, or be merciful to each other

Today the whole world is suffering a hard time. The terrible disease that has captured all of humanity has united people, nations in the fight against it.

The mercy, compassion and humanity inherent in our people have united the Uzbeks and all stand together to defeat this attack. Thanks to our kind and generous citizens, assistance has been provided to people in difficult circumstances during the quarantine. The International Silk Road University of Tourism has also made a contribution.

A charity event was held on the initiative of First Vice-Rector Bahodir Turayev and the university staff. Activists of the university provided food to the single pensioners, disabled people, people in need and families with sick children. In addition, families with children diagnosed with cerebral palsy received necessary medicines.

The terrible virus has turned the whole world upside down and brought so many troubles and sorrows to people. However, it was this disease that forced everyone to reconsider their priorities, values, and encouraged people to start appreciating the world, a calm measured life, each other. After all, it is the duty of each and every one of us to help.
