On April 24, 2025, an event was organized at the “Silk Road” International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage on the initiative of the professors and teachers of the Department of Written and Oral Translation Studies to commemorate the birthday of William Shakespeare, the English playwright and Renaissance poet who made an invaluable contribution to world art.
During the event, students performed stage works belonging to the writer’s legacy in English. The students delivered these performances to the audience with great interest and skill. Such performances create a foundation for students to delve deeper into world literature.
