The “Silk Road” International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage announces a competition for independent research studies (PhD, DSc) in the following specialties:
• 08.00.05 – Economics of service sectors;
• 08.00.11 – Marketing;
• 08.00.13 – Management;
• 08.00.16 – Digital economy and international digital integration;
• 08.00.17 – Tourism and hotel activity;
• 11.00.05 – Environmental protection and rational use of natural resources;
• 10.00.06 – Comparative literature, contrastive linguistics and translation studies;
• 17.00.06 – Museology. Conservation, restoration and preservation of historical and cultural objects.
Applicants for independent research (PhD) must submit the following documents:
1. Short biographical reference (CV/objective form)
2. Master’s degree diploma of higher education institution, copy of higher education diploma with transcripts
3. List of published scientific works, as well as their copies (at least 1 article and 2 theses)
Applicants for independent research (DSc) must submit the following documents:
1. Short biographical reference (CV/objective form)
2. Copy of PhD diploma or equivalent scientific degree
3. Detailed draft plan of the doctoral dissertation
4. List of published scientific works, as well as their copies (at least 3 articles and 2 theses)
All documents must be prepared in PDF format and submitted through the unified electronic system for coordination of postgraduate education after registration at:

Applicants who submit documents for independent research (PhD, DSc) at the “Silk Road” International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage will undergo an entrance interview in their specialty subject. Additional information about exam dates will be announced later.
